Bukit Bintang is the shopping and entertainment district of Kuala Lumpur City Centre.


The area is home to many landmark shopping centres, al-fresco cafés, bars, night markets, food street. Bukit Bintang is popular among tourists and locals, especially among the youths. Since June 2021, the local municipal and authority, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), has created a Tokyo Shibuya-style pedestrian crossing at MRT Bukit Bintang Station, just below the KL Monorail Line. Bukit Bintang shopping street located within Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle, begins with Bukit Bintang Road, starting at Raja Chulan Road and ending at Pudu Road, and the other roads are Sultan Ismail Road, Changkat Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor Street Food. Bukit Bintang is a great shopping paradise in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Many of shopping malls are located in this area, including Berjaya Times Square, Imbi Plaza, Fahrenheit 88, Low Yat Plaza, Starhill Gallery, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, The Exchange TRX, and Merdeka 118 Mall (upcoming).
